Pearl is a finance professional with experience in audit, finance, corporate governance, risk and compliance. She practiced with KPMG Ghana and UK for over 9 years where she managed various teams to deliver high quality engagements on a range of audit and risk assurance services. She served clients within the financial services industry as well as the mining and oil and gas industry. She has in-depth knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), The Companies Act 2019 (Act 992) and the regulatory guidelines that support the financial services industry.
Pearl has a considerable track record of strong performance and leadership achievements and possess an acute understanding of the dynamics of doing business in Africa having provided services to various business across a variety of industries.
Pearl holds a BA in Political Science (First Class Honours) from the University of Ghana and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). She is a certified Learning and Development expert and an accredited family business advisor with experience in advising private enterprises. She provides mentorship to many young professionals across the country.
Driven by her passion for Africa’s development, Pearl has been involved in several projects within the Agricultural Industry and supports agri-businesses to build sustainable enterprises. She is a serial-entrepreneur and understands what it means to do business in Africa.
Pearl currently serves as Executive Director of Agro Crown West Africa Company Limited and she is the founder and lead consultant at RunBal Consulting and BoDx.
